Factory inspection is the final checkpoint for product quality. Every Longkang section undergoes strict inspection before leaving the factory to ensure it meets standards. This article explains factory inspection items in detail.

3. Appearance Inspection

Inspection items:

1. Smooth surface, no bubbles
2. No cracks, no holes
3. Uniform color (black)
4. Flat, clean cuts
5. Smooth socket and spigot
6. No obvious scratches

Nonconformance handling: marked and isolated, reviewed for rework or scrapping.

III. Dimensional Measurement

Per-section measurement:

1. Outer diameter: measured with a micrometer, tolerance ±2mm
2. Wall thickness: ultrasonic thickness gauge, 6 points, tolerance ±0.5mm
3. Length: steel tape, tolerance ±5mm
4. Out-of-roundness: roundness gauge or tape
5. Socket inner diameter: checked for fit with the spigot
6. Joint Trial Assembly
7. Spigot inserted into socket, fit checked
8. Sealing ring in place
9. Quick-release buckle installed
10. Sealability checked
11. Disassembled and reassembled 3 times, fit checked
12. Accessory Preparation

Per section equipped with:

1. 1 EPDM sealing ring
2. 2 quick-release buckles
3. 2 sets of M8 bolts
4. Product certificate of conformity
5. Marking

Printed on each section:

1. Product name
2. Specification diameter
3. Production date
4. Batch number
5. Factory name

VII. Packaging

1. End protective caps
2. Strapped and secured
3. Prevents transport impact damage
4. Neatly stacked

Per batch (50 sections) sampling:

1. Tensile strength test
2. Impact strength test
3. Wall thickness uniformity
4. Sealing performance
5. Buckle pull force
6. Inspection Records
7. Per-section inspection records archived
8. Batch sampling report
9. Product certificate accompanies the shipment
10. Retention period 5 years
11. Available for customer review
